Senior Systems Engineer: 3-6 mnth contract to perm
This a 3-6 month contract to perm placement in the Western suburbs.

SENIOR SYSTEMS ENGINEER

Local marketing firm utilizing leading edge technology seeks a Systems Engineer to build an infrastructure using Cisco, Microsoft, and Storage solutions. **What they've been missing in candidates thus far is an individual with strong strategic vision and drive.
Preferred Skills:
-Cisco env. exp., CCNA preferred.
-Data Network Security (Sonic Firewalls, Encryption, NAT, FTP), Windows Direct Access exp. a plus.
-Microsoft Server exp., MCSE preferred.
-Server exp. in Windows Server (2008 R2 pref.), Clustering, Exchange (2010 pref.), Office 2007, Office Communicator (R2 pref.), Sharepoint 3.0/MOSS.
-Windows 7 OS, Windows deployment using Windows Deployment tools pref.
-IIS web services, exp. with IIS headers/redirectors is a plus.
-VMware 4.0 tech (fiber channel with ESX), Citrix Xen App 5.0 and 6.0, Antivirus techs (Kaspersky a plus).
-Storage/Backup exp., including EMC, Compellent, CommVault, DataDomain.
