OPPORTUNITY/perm: Sr. iPhone / .Net Developer
This is a FTE permanent position in the Western suburbs.

Sr. iPhone /.Net Developer

The employer is a medical device manufacturer that has seen exponential growth. As part of their visionary strategy, integrating existing and evolving product lines with mobile technologies is central to the next stage of growth.

Resources will be involved with full cycle development and implementation and will either work with or technically lead 2-4 software engineers. Exp. Interacting with end users, vendors and functional groups to coordinate technical issues is highly desirable. This individual will gather product requirements, create specs and design docs, and provide support in review of those docs.
Preferred Skills:
*This is first and foremost an iPhone-centric position with .Net as a secondary skill

On the iPhone side:
Thorough and practical understanding of iPhone Development including-
-one year or more developing iOS applications
-thorough understanding of signing, provisioning, and standard iOS application set-up and deployment options.
-thorough knowledge of Xcode, Interface Builder, Objective-C and Cocoa Touch.
-exp. with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop a plus (ability to perform simple modifications and export existing graphics in proper size and formats)

On the .net side:
-C# (pref)
-.Net Framework Class Libraries, .Net internals
-Solid OO fundamentals
-XML Tecnologies (XML, Xpath, XSD, XSL)
....desired-one or more:
-WPF
-Silverlight
-Hardware Communications Procedures and Protocols
-Numerical Methods
